Here are some tips and tricks to make the journey smoother and more enjoyable for everyone: 1. Plan Ahead but Stay Flexible Prepare an itinerary but keep it flexible. Kids can get tired or need extra breaks, so build in downtime. Book accommodations that are kid-friendly , like hotels with family suites or vacation rentals with extra space and amenities like a kitchen. 2. Pack Smart Carry essential items : diapers, wipes, snacks, water bottles, and a change of clothes for each kid (and maybe one for you!). Pack light : Bring multi-use items and essentials, but don’t overpack. Many things can be bought at your destination. Use packing cubes or separate bags for each child’s clothes to stay organized.
